Big Things

Oh heavens! It has been quite a while since I have updated you on my life... Before I begin. Here's the list of crazy stuff that has happened!

1. I graduated SLCC
2. I got a boyfriend (he's pretty awesome)
3. I'm going to Africa in September!!!

Ok, that last one was an absolutely perfect segue into what I'm going to tell you all about =]

I remember being a kid and knowing that God had big things planned for me. I just didn't know what exactly they were going to be. I now have a better idea =]

The past few months God has been challenging me. Challenging me to think outside of the box, or more like out of my comfort zone. So, I began to question... where the heck do you want me to go God? And he gave me several different options. All options sounded amazing! So, I literally spent a month in prayer and at the end came to the conclusion that God was calling me to spend time in Ghana, Africa. I spoke with the missionary couple over there and God just worked it out in an amazing way! The timing for the trip is perfect and God keeps reconfirming His call on my life!

This journey to Africa is going to be a time of prayer and reflections on what He wants to do with me for the rest of my life! It is going to be seeking out a future (potentially) with the missionaries in Ghana and if I am going to live overseas for the rest of my life. It's going to be a very interesting 3 months, that's for sure.

God is working very hard on my heart right now and I am excited to see the end product! I hope you all can join me for the ride!!! =]
